Sandy Lake is home to a great selection of clean, secure RV sites. Each site can accommodate up to 45 feet and features electric service. Back-in, pull-in, and pull-through layouts are available, so you can choose what's best for your rig. Additionally, all our sites are pet-friendly, so your four-legged friend is more than welcome to stay with us too.

Local Attractions

Sandy Lake has a great location with easy access to both I-35 and President George Bush Turnpike. As such, you quickly make your way throughout DFW to reach the many attractions. For example, you can head 24 miles southeast to reach the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. With lush greenery, vivid flowers, and charming architecture, the arboretum is a must-see destination. It also sits on beautiful White Rock Lake and is connected to the many waterfront parks.

For sports fans, AT&T Stadium is the place to be, even if just for a tour. And for adventure lovers, Six Flags Over Texas has famous coasters like BATMAN™ The Ride and El Diablo. You might also consider visiting LEGOLAND®, the Dallas World Aquarium, or the Fort Worth Stockyards. There's so much to do, you'll never be lost for adventure!
