We're excited to announce the arrival of Pleasant Beach Campground, our newest Ontario resort near Lake Erie. Nestled next to Sherkston Shores Beach Resort, Pleasant Beach offers a great location and cozy accommodations. And with Lake Erie down the street and Niagara Falls a short drive away, there's always plenty to do around the area as well!

Accommodations and Amenities

Pleasant Beach Campground is the kind of resort where neighbors know one another and value a quiet respite. With exclusively seasonal RV sites, Pleasant Beach is well-suited for summer campers seeking time away from the city. Each site includes water and electric service, a picnic table, and a fire pit.

If you need an overnight or short-term stay, inquire with the resort about the cabin rentals. Rustic one-room cabins can accommodate four guests and feature wooden interiors, plus electricity and air conditioning. The more capacious deluxe cabins feature a queen size bed, two twin size loft beds, air conditioning, and a kitchenette.

In addition to the accommodations, Pleasant Beach has amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include the following:

Attractions Around Sherkston, ON

To reach the beach, all you need to do is stroll down the street from Pleasant Beach Campground. Here you'll find the sandy shores and gentle waves of Lake Erie.  But swimming and sunbathing aren't the only activities available. Pleasant Beach is also a renowned kitesurfing destination!

Beach town vibes also await in nearby towns like Fort Erie, Crystal Beach, and Port Colborne. And there are plenty of activities too, such as biking on the Friendship Trail or racing at Sherkston Family Go Karts.

But don't forget about the biggest (literally) attraction of all, Niagara Falls! The famous water feature is 30 kilometers north of Pleasant Beach Campground. Take a day trip to this destination, ride the Maid of the Mist, and enjoy spectacular views from Queen Victoria Park.
