How to Make an Online Reservation
  1. Go to LakeRudolph.com
  2. Click on the red box on the main page that says ‘Search Availability & Rates'
  3. Enter your check in and check out dates. Remember that we have a two-night minimum and a three-night minimum on holidays.
  4. In the Guests dropdown, specify how many adults and children are in your party and if you'll be bringing a pet. Please remember that we allow a maximum of 8 people per site.
  5. Click the Search magnifying glass in the yellow box.
  6. On the left, you may filter your search by Lodging (Cabins, Cottages, & RV Rentals), RV Sites, or Tent Sites.
Booking a Vacation Rental/Lodging
  • All of our lodging options will be on the first page. Choose from Christmas Cabin, Holiday Cottage, Family Cabin, Legendary Cabin, Standard Rental RV, King Size Rental RV, and Standard Rental RV.
  • We do have pet friendly and handicap accessible units! If you'll be bringing a furry friend choose a rental with the paw print icon beside it. If you need a handicap accessible unit, choose one with the wheelchair icon.
  • Once you choose one, you'll be taken to the next page which has a description and photos of that type of rental.
  • Choose which rental best suits your needs and click on the bolded heading name.
  • Read through the overview of the rental to see what it includes. You will also see photos of this type of rental; please note these are not photos of your rental … only the same rental type!
  • In the first ‘Trip Details' portion … double check that your dates are correct!
  • When you click the box for ‘Site Location' it will scroll down to our map where you may choose the site.
  • Available rentals are designated by a blue square based on the parameters you have given and/or selected.
  • To select a Rental simply click it. A box will pop up with the Rental name and number.
  • If you wish to choose that rental, click the yellow rectangle that states ‘Select'.
  • If you do not wish to choose that rental and want to look at another, simply click another blue square on the map and a new box will pop up with those details.
  • Below the interactive map you'll see a list of rentals and their numbers. If you've chosen your rental on the map by clicking ‘Select' you can ignore this part. If you'd like more information about each, these listings will have that information. You may also select a rental from this list by clicking the gray ‘Select' button to the right of the listing.
  • Review the total and the amount that is due at booking. Check that you've selected the rental you wanted and the correct number of rentals.
  • Click the yellow rectangle stating ‘Add to Cart'
  • A box will pop up asking if you want to ‘Lock in your Site' for a $20 fee. If you wish to reserve this site only and not be moved, click the yellow rectangle stating ‘Yes, Pay Lock Fee'. If you don't mind if you are moved, click the gray rectangle stating ‘No Thanks'. Much like a hotel, our new reservation system automatically moves reservations to efficiently fill the grid, so please be aware that you may be moved at any time prior to arrival if you do not ‘Lock' in your site. The Lock fee applies to both online and phone reservations.
  • Determine if you'd like to add a golf car to your reservation. We have 4 passenger ($48.15/night) and 6 passenger ($64.20/night).
  • If you add one, select which size you need. You are only allowed one golf car per site. If you add more than one, any additional will be removed and a new confirmation sent.
  • Double check the dates you want the car for your reservation.
  • Review the price. When ready click the yellow rectangle stating ‘Add to Cart'
  • Complete the ‘Guest Information' portion entering all your information.
  • Review the order summary and again double check the dates.
  • When you're certain everything is correct, click the yellow rectangle stating ‘Continue to Payment Information.'
  • Enter your payment method. Check the billing information.
  • Choose to pay either the full amount or the minimum deposit. If you choose the deposit, the remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to your stay. You can call us to process that or we will charge the card on file 48 hours prior.
  • Click the yellow rectangle stating ‘Continue to Order Review'
  • Review your order. Check that your details are all correct. Also double check your dates and site information.
  • If everything is correct, click to put a checkmark in the ‘Terms and Conditions' box stating that you agree.
  • Click the yellow rectangle that states ‘Place Order'. Please only click this button once. It may take a minute or two to get to the confirmation page.
  • You should receive an email confirmation within a few hours.

Booking RV

Booking a RV Site

  • On the left sidebar fill in information regarding the RV you'll be bringing.
  • Make sure to enter your RV type. Ex: Pop-up, fifth wheel, travel trailer, etc.
  • Put in your RV length, tongue to tail. Let us know if you have any slide-outs and where they are located.
  • Select the amenities you need. Check 30 amp or 50 amp, concrete or gravel pad.
  • As you fill in these boxes, the search results will populate what type of sites will work based on the parameters you entered.
  • Choose which site best suits your needs and click on the bolded heading name.
  • Read through the overview of the site to see what it includes. You will also see photos of this type of site. Please note these are not photos of your exact site … only the same site type.
  • In the first ‘Trip Details' portion … double check that your dates are correct!
  • In the ‘Equipment Details' please choose what type RV you are bringing if not already filled in.
  • Enter the length of your RV, tongue to tail measurements.
  • Note if you have slide outs and where they are located on the RV.
  • When you click the box for ‘Site Location' it will scroll down to our map where you may choose the site.
  • Available sites are designated by a blue square based on the parameters you have given and/or selected.
  • To select a Site simply click it. A box will pop up with the site details and site number.
  • If you wish to choose that site, click the yellow rectangle that states ‘Select'.
  • If you do not wish to choose that site and want to look at another, simply click another blue square on the map and a new box will pop up with those details.

Booking Multiple Sites/Rentals
  • After you have added one site and are in your Cart, you will see a statement that says "Booking for a group? Shop more available sites' and gray box to click that says ‘Continue Shopping'.
  • Choose your dates again and go through the process of selecting your site or rental.
  • It will add it to your cart with the other site or rental.
  • Repeat this process for as many times as you need.
  • When you view your cart you should see each site or rental listed there.
  • You have a limited amount of time to check out before these items will be removed from your cart!
  • Remember that you will be required to pay the first night's deposit on each site or rental that you add. All deposits will be grouped together in one payment.
Booking Multiple Different Dates
  • If you are booking multiple dates with us (Ex: Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Halloween Weekends) it is best to make different reservations.
  • Do not put them all together with different dates in the same cart and transaction.
  • Break them up into separate dates, payments, and stays.
  • This will be less confusing for you AND for our staff during booking and check in.
