Happy 85th Birthday Wild Acres!

This summer, Sun RV Resorts celebrates 85 years of memories at Wild Acres RV Resort and Campground! With a fantastic selection of luxury accommodations and amenities, it's no wonder this resort has stood the test of time.

In addition to more traditional comforts like heated swimming pools, planned activities and a stocked fishing pond, Wild Acres also features a miniature golf course and an aerial adventure park to tap into your adventurous side and get a true birds-eye view of the resort! Choose from two rope courses that offer an array of above-ground obstacles that are perfect for easy and intermediate levels. You can also test your mettle on the more advanced zip line course and feel the exhilaration of soaring through the trees with the wind whipping through your hair! There is also a convenient driveway on site that leads to quick and easy access to the sand, surf and 500 foot pier at Old Orchard Beach.

The official week-long celebration at the resort is June 23 - 29, 2014 and will include activities like arts and crafts, games, miniature golf tournaments and a fishing derby. The main event is on Saturday, June 28 and will feature a bounce house, photo booth, live entertainment and an exclusive look back over 85 years of camping!
