Sherkston Shores supports Make-a-Wish Canada®

On Tuesday, May 22, 2018 the 4^th annual Canadian RVing and Camping Week fundraiser event kicks off across the country in support of Make-a-Wish® Canada to help raise funds for children facing life-threatening illnesses.

Sherkston Shores Beach Resort & Campground will once again be participating in this great initiative and will join campgrounds and resorts across Canada on Saturday, May 26 at dusk in a Nationwide S'mores Roast.

We encourage everyone to  join the Sherkston team on Quarry Beach for a resort-wide campfire. Guests can purchase"Wish Stars" for $2 each at the bonfire in support of the children who need our help. Sherkston Shores will donate 100 percent of the proceeds made from Wish Stars during the bonfire to Make-A-Wish® Canada. S'mores will be provided to the children who attend for some ooooey, goooooey yummy fun (while supplies last).

This is Sherkston Shores third year participating in the Canadian RVing and Camping week fundraiser, joining the 14 additional Sun RV Resorts locations throughout Ontario in the fight against childhood illness.

Didn't have time to purchase a Wish Star? No problem. Donations for Make-a-Wish® Canada will also be accepted at the bonfire and online.
