Incentive ($500 off Seasonal Stays, $1000 off Annual Stays) is a credit towards 2026 Seasonal/Annual Fees and has no cash value and cannot be substituted. Offer applies to new Seasonal/Annual Guests only, signing a Seasonal/Annual agreement between January 13, 2026 -January 31, 2026. Seasonal Agreement contract ends December 31, 2026 and Annual Agreement is for 12 months from date of signing. Not valid with any other offers. RV's must meet community guidelines and be set up to meet any community and municipal standards. Seasonal fees must be paid in full by due date, for credit to be applied; otherwise incentive may be revoked at the discretion of the Resort Manager. Credit will be applied directly to account and is non-transferable/refundable. Should the new seasonal/annual not stay the full agreement period, management reserves the right to revoke the incentive and the seasonal/annual will be responsible for payment of difference owed.
