You’ll find instructions below on how to download the Sun Outdoors mobile app to your Apple or Android devices.

Apple/iOS

• Open the App Store.
• On your device, use the "Apple App Store" app.
• Search for "Sun Outdoors."
• When you find the free Sun Outdoors mobile app, tap on "get."
• Then do one of the following (steps vary by device):
  • Double click the side button to install.
  • Use "touch ID" to install.
  • Use your password to install.

Android/Amazon Devices

• Open your Google Play.
• On your device, use the "Google Play Store" app.
• Search for "Sun Outdoors."
• Once you find the free Sun Outdoors mobile app, tap on "install."
• Then tap "open" or locate it on your home screen.

If you have booked your reservation on the Sun Outdoors mobile app, you must call (888) 886-2477 to make any updates or changes.

If you can’t see your reservation in the Sun Outdoors mobile app after you book, try reloading the mobile app or log out of the mobile app and log in again. If you still don’t see your reservation, please call us at (888) 886-2477 for more assistance.

Use the following steps if you can’t log in to the mobile app:

• Check your log in credentials.
• Tap the "eye" icon to reveal your password to make sure it is correct.
• Attempt to reset your password. If the email is correct, you will receive a password reset notification in your email.
• Contact us at (888) 886-2477 if you are still having issues.

Any refunds and/or cancellations are prohibited for weather conditions, a voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Refunds are processed and will be received using the original form of payment, or a reservation credit can be issued to use toward a future stay within one year from the issue date of the reservation credit. All refunds processed using a credit/debit card will be returned to the original credit/debit card used for payment with no exceptions.

Our mobile app currently doesn’t support reservation extensions. If you need to extend your stay, please call us at (888) 886-2477 and one of our helpful team members will assist you.

If you’re getting no results from a search you attempted on the Sun Outdoors mobile app, you can try searching by city or the name of the resort.

Use the following instructions to add resort events to your calendar:

• Find the resort of your choice.
• Scroll down and tap "Event Calendar."
• Tap to select the date you wish to browse.
• Tap on the desired event.
• Choose a date in the activity schedule and tap "Add to Calendar."
• Apple iOS:
  • You will then be prompted to allow access to your calendar.
  • Tap yes or open in the settings to allow access.
• Android/Windows:
  • You will then be prompted to tap "Add to Calendar."
  • Select the desired calendar.
  • Review the event and tap save.

Follow these simple instructions to view a resort map:

• Find your desired resort.
• Locate the yellow map icon located at the top right of your screen.
• Tap the icon to open the map.
• Browse the map by pinching to zoom in or out. You can also download the map to your device, so you can view it later.

Use the following steps if you can’t find a resort list under “Explore Near Me” on the mobile app:

• Enable the "Location Access" function on your device by tapping "Enable Location" on the mobile app home screen.
• You can also navigate to your device settings to enable this function.

You must have an active reservation within the Sun Outdoors mobile app to order food from resorts that offer this service. Not every resort has the ability to order food yet through the mobile app.
