GIVE REFERRALS. GET REWARDED.

A seasonal/annual/resident with Sun Outdoors is defined by an individual who signs a 12-month long-term stay agreement/contract. Stay length may vary by resort. Any referrals received prior to May 23, 2023, will not be honored through this program. The use of social media groups by any seasonal or annual guest to obtain referrals from participants they don't' know is prohibited. Sun Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or deny a referral. 

Recipients of referral fees must be a current and active seasonal/annual/resident in good standing within Sun Outdoors. Recipients must complete/submit the online referral form prior to a new seasonal/annual/resident signing a resort agreement/contract. Current seasonal/annual/residents may refer new seasonal/annual/residents within other Sun Outdoors resorts other than the one they are at. Company brokered sales referral credits do not apply to the owner of the brokered sale home/trailer.

Recipients must be current on all charges related to site fees and any additional fees related to their contract. An incentive non-refundable and non-transferable fee will be applied as a credit to the recipient's account (current seasonal/annual/resident). Incentives may not be used toward delinquencies. Credit will be applied to an account after the new seasonal/annual/resident pays in full and completes one full month at the resort. Offer may not be combined with another offer or promotion. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Sun Outdoors Referral Program ("Referral Program"), you agree to these terms and conditions for your participation in the Referral Program.

1. Eligibility. Must be a current seasonal or annual guest in good standing with Sun Outdoors to be eligible to receive a referral fee, which includes all sub-brands (Sun Outdoors, Sun Retreats, Sun RV Communities, and Sun Resorts & Residences). This program does not include any other Sun affiliates or franchisee locations at this time. Team members of Sun Communities, Inc. or Sun Outdoors are not eligible for referral payouts. Referrals completed prior to the launch date of this Referral Program on May 23, 2023, will not be honored. If you have already submitted past referrals through our original Sun RV Resorts program, they will still be honored under those specified terms and conditions. No further action is required. 2. Participation in Referral Program. You may participate in the Referral Program by submitting the name, resort, and email address of a qualifying referral. A qualifying referral is an individual who is a new seasonal or annual guest to Sun Outdoors. Referrals must be submitted prior to move in or will not qualify.
3. Limitations. Only one qualifying referral may be made for each potential family. As a referrer, you may make multiple referrals, but will only be entitled one incentive for each potential customer. 
4. Evaluations of Qualifying Referrals. Sun, in its sole discretion, will determine whether a qualifying referral meets the criteria of the Referral Program. By making the referral, you are representing that you have the right to recommend the potential customer to Sun Outdoors. 
5. Amount of Award Under the Referral Program. The amount of your award, which will be provided in the form of an account credit, is based on the type of transaction made by the referred customer. Qualifying company owned (Sun Outdoors) homes (new or pre-owned) and sold in excess of $10,000 are eligible for a $1,000 referral fee. Qualifying new seasonal or annual stay referrals with a signed contract for a long-term RV site are eligible for a $500 referral fee.
6. Restrictions. We will not be obligated to pay you any incentive under this Referral Program if we determine that you engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or untruthful behavior in connection with the Referral Program, or if the referrals are not for legitimate customers at a Sun Outdoors resort/community. This also includes forbidden acts of solicitation of this program.
7. Award of Incentive. After Sun Outdoors determines that you are eligible for an incentive under the Referral Program, your reward credit will be applied to the account after the referral becomes a new seasonal or annual guest, pays in full, moves in, and has spent at least one full month at their resort. Referral rewards are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Any reward credits on your account may not be used toward delinquencies or be received as funds when you move out.
8. Modification or Termination of Referral Program. You understand and agree that Sun Outdoors may use a variety of different programs associated with potential customers, and nothing restricts us from engaging in any other type of program in order to solicit customer referrals. Sun Outdoors may modify or terminate this Referral Program at any time, without notice. Any referral made prior to the termination or modification of the Referral Program will remain eligible for an incentive, as provided in these terms and conditions.
9. Disclaimer. This Referral Program is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that any part of any website related to the Referral Program will operate properly, or that you will obtain any incentive, except as provided under these terms and conditions. We expressly disclaim all warranties with respect to the Referral Program, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability. The entirety of the liability to you under these terms and conditions is limited to the greater of $100.00, or the amount of the incentive reward you received in the prior twelve (12) months.
11. Limitation on Damages. In no event will Sun Outdoors or its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, or employees be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
