This beautiful cottage is located along our perimeter facing the Bay and features a second-story observation deck, plus a spacious floor plan that can accommodate up to 6 guests*. It provides one bedroom with queen bed, a full sleeper sofa in the living room, and a sleeping loft with two queen beds. Additional amenities include furnishings, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, heat and air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi access, and linens. The kitchen comes with a full refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. There is also a patio table with chairs, as well as a full-service natural gas BBQ Island**, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Parking for one vehicle. Maximum two pets; no smoking please. *Our unique proximity to the Wildlife Refuge limits our space; therefore, all guests at the resort must be attached to a reservation with a maximum of 6 guests per site. **Please clean the BBQ grill after each use for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
