This spacious premium cottage is wheelchair accessible and includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests. It comes furnished with amenities such as an accessible private bathroom, flat screen cable TV, stackable washer and dryer, air conditioning and linens. The fully equipped kitchen is also accessible and provides a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. Outside is a covered porch with two chairs and a side table to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine, plus a concrete driveway for parking. *A refundable security deposit will be charged prior to check in for the amounts listed as followed: $100 for 6 days or less, $250 week, $500 month or longer.
