Our spacious standard rental is the perfect place to stay during your getaway to Zephyrhills. These pet-friendly rentals include one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a full size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests.* They come furnished and provide amenities like a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, linens, flat screen cable TV, and WiFi access to keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, except for a dishwasher, washer/dryer and also includes a coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. Each rental also comes with either a covered porch, concrete patio, carport area, or a full side deck that includes patio furniture, plus a concrete driveway for easy parking. Electricity is not included on monthly or longer reservations.
