Our spacious standard rental is the perfect place to stay during your getaway to Zephyrhills. These pet-friendly rentals include one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a full size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests.* They come furnished and provide amenities like a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, linens, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen cable TV, and WiFi access to keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. Each rental also comes with either a covered porch, concrete patio, carport area, or a full side deck that includes patio furniture, plus a concrete driveway for easy parking. Electricity is not included on monthly or longer reservations.
