Our ADA vacation rental has one bedroom with a full size bed and a flat screen cable TV. This rental come furnished and feature an open floor plan with a modern décor, and amenities that include a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, linens, stackable washer and dryer, a second flat screen cable TV in the living room with 2 recliners, table with 2 chairs and WiFi access to keep you connected. The kitchen provides full appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. This home is wheelchair accessible. Outside, there is a side deck with a wheelchair lift and a concrete driveway for easy parking. This home can accommodate 2 people. *Monthly stays are subject to metered electric charges. *A refundable security deposit of $500 for monthly, $100 for weekly, and one night for daily reservations is due upon check-in and will be credited after inspection of damage.
