Our spacious premium cottages feature one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a pull out sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. These rentals provide an open floor plan that comes completely furnished and includes linens, heat and air conditioning, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen cable television, and WiFi to keep you connected. The kitchen comes with full appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware ad dinnerware. Outside, there is either a covered or uncovered porch to enjoy the Florida sunshine, and a concrete driveway for easy parking.
