Home has central heat and air with a fireplace and ceiling fan in the living area. Front porch with ceiling fan for enjoying the Florida weather outdoors. This unit is pet friendly. (There is a $100 pet fee). It has a full bath for your privacy. *Reservations 30 days and over are subject to metered electric and water charges.
