Our gorgeous two bedroom Colorado apartment rental is perfect for larger groups or multiple families. This rental includes a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the primary bedroom, a king size bed in the second bedroom, plus two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room to accommodate up to 12 guests. Enjoy an open floor plan with full furnishings, air conditioning, linens, cable television, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with stools that provides additional seating from the large dining table. The beautiful outdoor balcony offers gorgeous views overlooking Hill Country with tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the Texas sunshine. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Not Pet Friendly Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date.
