Overview

Our beautiful Comal cottage rentals provide 750 square feet of space and features two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with either a queen or a king size bed plus two sleepers in the living room, to accommodate up to 8 guests. Also included is a fully appointed kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with a large living room, air conditioning, cable television, and a private bathroom. Outside is a covered porch with chairs, plus a charcoal grill and a picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine. Linens are provided. There are multiple of these cottages available for rent within the park. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
