      Overview

      Our gorgeous one bedroom Tuscany rentals are pet-friendly and include a queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a queen size bed in the overhead loft, and a full size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 5 guests. The kitchen comes with full appliances, plus a microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and a wine fridge. Other amenities include a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, flat screen cable TV, and WiFi access. Outside is a 12-foot covered porch with a couch and a spiral staircase leading to an additional rooftop porch with outstanding views of the California countryside, plus a propane grill for outdoor cooking. Linens provided. No smoking. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for vacation rental units.
