Nearby, you can get your apple picking fix at Orchard Ridge Farm and McDougal Orchards while taking in the fall atmosphere.
KENNEBUNKPORT
Next stop is Kennebunkport! This charming city is one of Maine's favorite destinations and set in a historic picturesque setting. Dock Square is home to local boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. In the fall, many establishments go all out and decorate for Halloween – making a stroll down Summer Street a definite must. Don't forget to check out Goose Rocks Beach where you'll find white sand, gorgeous seaside views with a dash of fall in every corner.
OGUNQUIT
Further south, you'll find the coastal town of Ogunquit located in York County. It's known for its sandy 3.5 mile beach, scenic cliff walks and fantastic shopping.
