GOING BACK TO OUR ROOTS
Back in 1959, the land for Sun Retreats Hospitality Creek started as a blueberry farm with a simple stream that ran through. After noticing the draw of crowds, owner Frank Crane started to charge visitors to swim, and the spot quickly evolved into a swim club. Due to the demand of visitors and the suggestion from locals, Crane eventually expanded the land into a successful campground in 1961.
The campground expanded to feature 223 sites and a 30-acre lake with sandy beaches and recreational facilities ran by the third-generation brother and sister duo Justin Crane and Melissa Sperry. Eventually, the campground was rebranded as a Jellystone Park Camp Resort in 2022. But now, the site has transitioned to Sun Retreats Hospitality Creek and we're proud to restore the campground to boast its original name.
You can expect the same friendly faces and traditions you love. The resort offers overnight RV sites, vacation rentals and even long-term seasonal RV stays. We can't wait to welcome you!

Guests can make a splash in our swimming pools or enjoy access to our 30-acre lake which is equipped with docks, slides, and a designated swimming area for younger swimmers. We even offer daily resort passes for locals to use the pools and lake for swimming. Let the kids bounce their way over to the jumping pillow or burn some energy on the playground or at our numerous sports courts. Up for a challenge?
