Our spacious RV sites provide full hookups with a concrete patio area and picnic table along with a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment. If you're more of a glamper than a camper, check out one of our deluxe cottages. They have all the comforts of home-with full kitchens and bathrooms, plus screened porches and outdoor living spaces. Or you can get back to basics and set up camp on one of our spacious grassy tent sites that are located near clean restroom and shower facilities to make your stay more convenient and comfortable.

When it comes to fun – our amenities have you covered! Enjoy our fully stocked, four-acre lake with fishing docks and paddleboat rentals. Keep the children entertained at our interactive Water Zone. If you choose to leave the resort head to the Minnewaska State Park Preserve which features its namesake clear sky lake, numerous waterfalls, and miles of mountain trails. You can even hit the town and check out The Monticello Casino and Raceway where you can hit the slots or check out horseracing.
