Brand New Homes at Sunset Harbor

Exciting things are happening at Sunset Harbor at Cow Key Marina, a manufactured home community in beautiful Key West, Florida! Several new residents have moved into their brand new mobile homes and another five units recently arrived for set-up bringing us to a total of 21 new Jacobsen homes on the property.

The community is taking shape with gorgeous new landscaping and the Grand Opening of the park's 40,000 gallon heated and cooled salt water pool. Future projects such as an upland beach, grill area and finger docks are starting to move from paper into action, so stay tuned for more updates.
