Red, White and Kaboom

A nice way for campers at Lakeland RV Resort to celebrate our nation's birth is to gather at Lake Mirror Promenade on July 3rd at 6 p.m., where you can attend Red, White and Kaboom, an event involving music by Channel Z Band followed by a breathtaking fireworks display. Food vendors will be provided, so bring a blanket and relax by the lake, enjoying the evening's entertainment. Although the event is free, the local authorities are asking every spectator to bring at least one can of food to donate to the canned food drive.

On July 7th and 8th, Lakeland will host the About Buckler's Art and Craft Show, an extravaganza of award-winning exhibits and crafts. You can stroll down the isles, browsing through a broad selection of items, including quilts, gourmet food and folk art, as well as stained glass, Victorian items and custom home décor.
