  Insurance - variable based on rv/park model value and desired coverage 

  Water/Sewer - billed once per year; $600

  Propane - based on consumption; 100lb tanks = $110 each

  Hydro - billed once per year; based on consumption + $10/mo admin fee. Average: $600 annually.

  Closing Fee/Home Prep Fee (applies to vacation cottage sales) - billed at time of purchase.
