Junior ranger angler program

Inspired by the Thrill of Your First Catch

Through the NPF's Junior Ranger Angler program, kids are encouraged to enjoy the vast recreational opportunities of our national parks. Nearly 200 parks allow recreational fishing, which presents a great opportunity for the National Park Service to educate and engage the next generation of fishing enthusiasts.

ASL Day on the River

Our impact video highlights the American Sign Language (ASL) Day on the River, hosted by Wilderness Inquiry, which demonstrates the power and importance of donations to grant programs through the NPF. They are one of 55 grantees of the foundation's ParkVentures grant program, which funds nonprofit organizations focused on equity, access, and representation in the parks.
