Overview

The Sabine cottage rentals feature gorgeous wood paneling and flooring with a king size bed and twin bunk beds in the bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests. Each rental comes furnished with linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, private bathroom, and a kitchen with a full appliances, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We’ve also includes a charcoal grill and picnic table outside, or enjoy the Texas sunshine from the deep covered front porch that includes a ceiling fan and chairs for your comfort and convenience. There are multiple of these cottages available for rent within the park. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
