One of our largest rentals, the Frio includes two bedrooms with a king size bed and private bathroom in the primary bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 8 guests. The Frio rentals come fully furnished with air conditioning, linens, flat screen cable television, a second bathroom, and a kitchen with full appliances, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Monthly Reservations - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all monthly reservations. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
