This spacious premium rental cottage is wheelchair accessible and has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. This rental includes an open floor plan with wheelchair accessible features like wider doorways, plus amenities such as furnishings, an accessible bathroom with grab bars, washer and dryer, air conditioning, flat screen cable TV, and WiFi access. It also provides a kitchen with lower countertops, full appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware. The exterior is beautifully landscaped and includes a wheelchair ramps entry, side deck with patio furniture, and a concrete driveway for easy parking. Linens are provided. *Security deposits are due upon arrival. Weekly reservations $250 deposit; monthly reservations $500 deposit.
