Together with our parent company, Sun Communities, Inc., we are pleased to welcome Carefree Communities into our extensive portfolio of RV resorts! The acquisition of Carefree expands our footprint to over 330 RV resorts and manufactured home communities  in 29 states, and gives us an international presence in Ontario, Canada.  With over 40 years of experience, Sun has been an industry leader in property ownership and management offering world class customer service to our residents and guests.  

What does this mean for you?  Guests of Sun RV Resorts will now have more than 60 new RV resorts and campgrounds to choose from - bringing our total number of premiere vacation destinations to over 100 properties!  Some of you may already be familiar with our newest resorts, which include Sun-N-Fun in Sarasota, Florida and Sherkston Shores in Niagra, Ontario.  They feature amenities like an indoor fitness pool and wellness center, weekly fireworks displays, and popular on-site restaurants like Boston Pizza!
