Those who prefer rentals can stay in one-bedroom cottages that sleep up to six people. These feature a full kitchen, bathroom, and electric fireplace, providing a cozy feel.

You can easily access the local attractions via the Little Traverse Wheelway, a bike-friendly path connecting the towns along Little Traverse Bay. It's located just across the street from our resort and runs through the stunning course at  Bay Harbor Golf Club.

Once you make it to Petoskey's downtown Gaslight District, you'll discover all sorts of restaurants and breweries. Just down the street are excellent parks featuring fishing and sunset watching over the lake. And if you head into the surrounding countryside, you'll find wineries that are putting Michigan on the map.

Northern Michigan is known as the "crown jewel of Michigan," and it offers wonderful sightseeing. Sleeping Bear Dunes is an iconic attraction, featuring steep sand dunes offering a vista of Lake Michigan. Further north is Mackinac Island, home to historic architecture and horse-drawn carriages.

Other nearby hotspots include Boyne City and Charlevoix, which boast beaches, galleries, and upscale shopping. You'll also want to visit Traverse City, a four-season playground known for its Cherry Festival,
